DuoGlass Double Glazing

Our experience with Duo Glass recently have been excellent. A 10 out of 10 by far.We, my husband and I were looking for Double Glassing Manufactories as we wanted the replacement of all the windows and sliding doors in our home. We were looking for good quality double Glazing product to get the maximum reduction of the heat in summer and cold in winter plus also maximum reduction in noise.After looking for several weeks we found the best of all of them “Duo Glass.” Best Product and Best Team.In the first visit to the Showroom in Osborne Park, we met John, very professional and knowledgeable Consultant who gave us a very good description of all their products there, as well as what they could provide depending on their style.Then, John arranged for Richard (in charge of manufacturing) to came to our house and see what style of doors and windows would suit better for our purpose.Richard explained to us very well the different styles and systems that would get the maximum reduction of noise, heat and cold but he was also very honest and made it clear that I would have to compromise in making a choice from what I liked or what I wanted the product to provide.Then Richard gave us a date for the job to start and Sam came precisely on the date. We were very pleased to see that Sam did and excellent job, very professional, paying attention to small details and cleaning the mess after all.We could’ve not be happier with our decision in going to Duo Glass and following John and Richard advice for the entire job and being done by Sam.We live in a busy Road and the noise reduction is unbelievable, we cannot hear the cars anymore.We have also felt the Thermal effect in the whole house straight away, which will mean reduction in electricity consumption.Many Thanks to The Great Team

From one Visit to the show room we had 16 fairly large windows and 4 sliding doors installed within 5 weeks, the price was right the quality was right and i cant compliment the fitter enough (colin) he did an exceptional job very neat and tidy. The Double glazing has made a big difference to road noise and general outside noise. Stormy weather is very quiet, no more rattling windows. The windows look great inside and out, very happy with the whole process.

The doors have made a huge difference in our renovated kitchen. They look great, have significantly reduced the noise (we live on the main road) and kept the room warm during the winter.We had some initial issues with closing the doors but Duo Glass was prompt in fixing those.Great customer service!

This place is at the bottom of my road and I have driven past it for 10 years. I recently needed a new PVC window for a bathroom and went there. There was no pressure to buy any more than 1 window but I decided to replace 2 French doors too. The bathroom window was the critical oath in my whole renovation. They worked with me to speed it up and meet my project date. All staff were great. The installer had done a similar job in the UK so we were in good hands.

My double glazed windows and sliding door have been my best investment I've ever made. I was kept well informed throughout the whole process through email/telephone communication. The thermal & energy efficiency within my home is amazing and the noise reduction is outstanding. Great service! Installer arrived promptly at the allotted time, and worked impressively cleanly removing all debris and dust along the way. I had a large custom sliding door and kitchen window installed (westerly facing) and am seeing at least a 20deg difference on the sun baked glass. Happy to recommend DuoGlass.

Was having some problems with heat streaming in our loungeroom window (and noisy neighbours), and wasn't sure how much of a difference double glazed glass could make. The DuoGlass team were so helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing too much trouble and they really know their stuff. And the quality of their product is far superior - really handy seeing a demonstration of it in their store. Very highly recommended.
